Each year there are 12,000 to 13,000 registered pregnant women in Bhiwandi, but ICDS provides benefits to approximately 3,000 Women.

Provides only 1 sonography in 1st trimester and irregularities in providing calcium and iron tablets.

1. Unaffordability by family to provide healthcare during pregnancy.

This includes calcium and iron tablets, along with protein powder, all essential for the mother’s and baby’s health. The kit is distributed during the 7th and 9th months of pregnancy to supplement vital nutrients and promote maternal well-being.
Ultrasound Sonography: Essential Nutrition for Expectant Mothers
Early detection of potential pregnancy complications is crucial for maternal and fetal health. We offer free sonography scans during the 7th and 9th months of pregnancy, but only with a valid doctor’s prescription to ensure medical necessity.
Ambulance Service: Early Detection for a Safe Pregnancy
To reduce the risks associated with home deliveries, we provide a free ambulance service for expectant mothers, ensuring timely transportation to healthcare facilities. This initiative plays a crucial role in lowering the incidence of unsafe home births and improving maternal and neonatal outcomes.
