My name is Naziya Rawish, and I am proud to be the recipient of the Women Achiever Award 2024. I run a business in Bhiwandi that specializes in diamond work on women and kids wear. We supply beautifully crafted, diamond-studded garments to various suppliers, combining creativity with tradition.
In 2005, driven by my passion for growth and my commitment to women’s empowerment, I expanded my business model. I began providing raw material and design instructions to local women, allowing them to complete the diamond work from their homes. This initiative has empowered more than 450 women in Bhiwandi, offering them a dignified source of income while balancing household responsibilities.
Winning the Women Achiever Award has given my business a new face. It brought visibility, opened doors to professional networks, and introduced me to modern techniques that enhanced both our quality and reach.
This journey is a testament to the power of opportunity, community, and determination. With every new milestone, I remain committed to growing alongside the resilient women of Bhiwandi and expanding the reach of our exquisite women and kids wear.

I’m Humaira Mirza, a self-taught artist who began her creative journey in 2020. As a single mother navigating life’s challenges, art became more than a passion—it became a source of healing and purpose. What started as a personal outlet soon turned into a thriving career.
Today, Alhamdulillah, I create and sell my artwork from home, shipping pieces not just across India but to countries like Dubai, Sweden, and Saudi Arabia. I specialize in Arabic calligraphy, canvas painting, resin wall clocks, and resin-based art.
Receiving the Women Achiever Award was a turning point—it gave me recognition and allowed me to connect with a wider audience, helping my business grow in ways I never imagined.
My journey is proof that with faith, resilience, and creativity, it’s possible to turn passion into purpose and purpose into success.
