My name is Naziya Rawish, and I am proud to be the recipient of the Women Achiever Award 2024. I run a business in Bhiwandi that specializes in diamond work on women and kids wear. We supply beautifully crafted, diamond-studded garments to various suppliers, combining creativity with tradition. In 2005, driven by my passion for growth and my commitment to women’s empowerment, I expanded my business model. I began providing raw material and design instructions to local women, allowing them to complete the diamond work from their homes. This initiative has empowered more than 450 women in Bhiwandi, offering them a dignified source of income while balancing household responsibilities. Winning the Women Achiever Award has given my business a new face. It brought visibility, opened doors to professional networks, and introduced me to modern techniques that enhanced both our quality and reach. This journey is a testament to the power of opportunity, community, and determination. With every new milestone, I remain committed to growing alongside the resilient women of Bhiwandi and expanding the reach of our exquisite women and kids wear.
